DOMESTIC Service Updates - Australia 

December 2025

In the lead-up to the 2025 peak period, I'd like to share our recommended domestic and international parcel last lodgement dates to ensure deliveries arrive in time for Christmas Day.

Christmas lodgement dates for most Australian states

We are recommending lodgement in metro locations by the following dates for delivery by Christmas*:

  • Parcel Post: Monday 22 December for same state deliveries and Friday 19 December for interstate deliveries**
  • Express Post: Tuesday 23 December
  • StarTrack Road Express: Tuesday 23 December for same state deliveries
  • StarTrack Premium: Tuesday 23 December

If you have concerns about missing or damaged parcels, please visit our Help & support portal or call us on 13 POST (13 76 78). 

For urgent orders, select Express shipping at checkout. *

We are also advised that some Post Offices are closed. Please check the Post Office Locator for the most up-to-date opening hours.

Customers may also be eligible for up to 12 months of free mail redirection if a major natural disaster impacts their mail delivery. AusPost may also be able to hold your mail for up to four weeks at no charge. Visit any Post Office near you to find out more and apply.

Tracked items will be delivered as per standard delivery times. Express Post and StarTrack Premium items are also being prioritised. You can continue to track your packages and get updates through the  Australia Post mobile app.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (NATIONWIDE INCLUDING REMOTE AREAS)

We offer two flat-rate shipping options for all Australian orders:

Standard shipping (allow up to 7 business days upon dispatch*): $9 (+$2 for Signature Required)

Express shipping (allow up to 3 business days upon dispatch*): $12 (+$2 for Signature Required)

To take advantage of our FREE shipping offer, you must spend at least $120 on your order. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be dispatched with Standard shipping; however, you may still elect for Express shipping at your own cost at checkout.

Orders without the "Signature Required" option will give Australia Post the authority to leave the parcel safely within the premises if nobody can receive it. This overrides the need to obtain a signature. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the customer's responsibility, and Luxe Organix Australia will not offer replacements

These estimates are based on Australia Post's recent delivery performance and do not consider any current disruptions that may cause delays. 

*Please note that shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times due to Australia Post delivery issues that are out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES


We offer international shipping to New Zealand. Shipping rates will vary based on the weight of your order and your selection of either Standard or Express shipping. Please refer to the following table for shipping rates for all New Zealand orders.

SHIPPING POLICY


We promise always to try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If we have all your items on hand, we aim to process your order within 1-2 business days of ordering, except at weekends. However, please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (i.e. promo offers and public holidays).


Once we have processed your order, you will receive the tracking number via email and/or SMS. If you do not receive a tracking number on the fourth business day after placing your order with us, please contact us at luxeorganixaustralia@gmail.com.

Please note that Luxe Organix Australia will not be responsible for or will not have to pay for damages or losses that:

  • are not caused by their conduct or their products once the item has been dispatched (i.e incorrect address, stolen parcels delivered within the customer-specified address)
  • relate to something independent of their business after the goods leave their control. 

    Please ensure that the delivery address on your order is correct. If a parcel is lost or undelivered, please contact Australia Post or New Zealand Post with the tracking notification provided to you. Inform us of the incident, and we will do our best to follow up with their office.
