Directions

Mix clay with equal parts of raw apple cider vinegar and/or water. Stir the mixture well to a smooth paste. Add more clay or liquid as needed.

Skin: Smoothen mask about 1/4 in. thick or face and other desired areas. Let it dry for 15-20mins. for normal / oily skin, and 5-10 mins for sensitive skin. Warming and tightening sensation is expected. Rinse liberally with warm water. Slight redness of the skin is normal and will disappear in about 30mins.

Hair: Smoothen mask in sections onto damp / wet hair distributing evenly. Let it dry for 15-25 mins. Rinse liberally with warm water, being sure to wash all clay from the hair.

Bath: Add 2-4 cups of clay in bath to absorb toxins.
